Project Role

As part of a joint venture on this particular project Anderson-Shaw Construction was tasked with the day to day supervision and management of all on-site crew/ personnel, scheduling, site safety, submittal processing, and RFI management. With the project being completed in four separate phases, coordination and scheduling played a key part in the day to day operations, as well as pre-installation conferences. Held daily supervisor meetings for all on-site trades to properly coordinate crew movements, material deliveries, as well as and state/ local inspections. In addition to these duties we were also responsible for keeping the multiple parties involved in the project keyed in on day to day activities. This included the owner’s management firm Tetrad, as well as the Colorado based design firm VFLA. About half way through the core and shell project Anderson-Shaw Construction was also awarded the contracts for two of the flagship interior tenant build outs, Webb Orthodontics, and Webb Eye Care. Both build outs were completed simultaneously and in concert with the core and shell build. With all three projects being managed by a single project manger from Anderson-Shaw Construction.
